Unlike, most multi-piece water treatment systems that are scattered throughout your business our RDWS-TV-RO-SKID Series mobile integrated skid mount unit contains complete pretreatment, reverse osmosis, re-pressurization pump, motor, microprocessor based controller, and UV disinfection all on a single skid base frame with wheels for easy positioning. To complete our RDWS-TV-RO-SKID Series reverse osmosis package these units also include a 300gal storage with float assembly as a standard feature. Most important our RDWS-TV-RO-SKID Series reverse osmosis systems are pretested before shipping, user friendly, components are shipped pre-plumbed on the skid and unit only requires a 220 volt 1 phase 60 Hz power source - custom & overseas power connections available.
Our skid mount RDWS-TV-RO-SKID Series reverse osmosis systems are designed for applications such as glassware, rinsing, beverage, solution preparation, manufacturing, food & restuarant and numerous other scientific, commercial and industrial applications. Water purified by reverse osmosis has had often greater than 95%of dissolved ions, and 99% of most contaminants removed.

RDWS-TV-RO-SKID Packaged Skid Mount Reverse Osmosis is pre-plumbed and pre-wired in most cases with one inlet connection, one drain connection, one water use connection, and one electrical connection to allow for fast hassle free installation. From the delivery of the equipment to your facility to the set up and use of water - In hours not days!
How It Works: User Friendly ! Everything within the skid is pre-plumbed and wired. There is a single point power inlet connection and the customer has to simply connect to the storage tank and then to his usage. Once our Integrated Skid Mount RO is installed and feed water is made available, the Storage Tank will begin to fill with product water. The product water will continue to fill the Storage Tank until the tank float switch closes and shuts the entire system off. At the same time, while the tank is filling, concentrate water will begin to flow into the drain system. The concentrate water will continue to flow to the drain system until the tank float switch closes and shuts the entire system off when the storage tank is full. When there is a demand for water, the skid mount Repressurization System is activated and draws product water from the Storage Tank. The product (RO) water is then delivered with the on skid re-pressure system to your usage point. If enough product water is used to the point where the float switch is reopened, the Skid Mount RO System is automatically reactivated and begins to replace the product water that has been depleted.

Antiscalant hard water pretreatment method is preferable to salt based water softeners as it has more mineral pretreatment capabilities, no drain line waste water, lower maintenance, no salt pellets required, no salt discharge, economical, and is perfect for areas of the country that have chloride discharge limits. The antiscalant formulation has been certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) under ANSI/NSF Standard 60 for use in producing potable water.
- Includes on skid digital automatic *"No-Maintenance" well water iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide gas, and suspended solids pretreatment system or substitute our *"No-Maintenance" chlorine removal system for city water sources. *No maintenance refers to automatic backwashing capabilities and no routine media replacement required - media can last 5-10 years.

Note: Our Skid RO Series contains complete pretreatment for chlorine and hard water (calcium) typically associated with municipal water sources. If Skid RO is to be used on well water we offer the following guidelines: Operating Parameters: Max TDS-5000ppm, Total iron is less than 10ppm, Manganese is less than 3ppm, H2S less than 10ppm, Water hardness below 250gpg, pH 6.5 -8.5, No iron bacteria. Calculations of production capabilities are based on a feed water temperature of 60 Deg. F. Lower temperatures may result in slightly lower production levels.
