Committed to exceeding drinking water purification standards,
UV Pure has turned conventional technology inside-out by running
the water inside the quartz sleeve and including two lamps mounted
in air, dual smart sensors, elliptical reflectors and an optional
fail-safe solenoid valve.
- Crossfire Technology is engineered
to be risk-free and fail-safe:
Crossfire Technology uses dual smart UV sensors mounted in air,
which are designed to not foul and are more reliable indicators
of system performance than ordinary systems. The lamps are fan-cooled
and maintain consistent levels of UV output for maximum pathogen
deactivation.

shut-off fail-safe valve are designed so that only safe water

after 12 months of operation and notification of lamp replacement
is given via a warning one month in advance.
- Added Protection - Power spikes, surges and brownouts
are a common occurrence in certain areas. A Panamax M4-EX Power
Conditioner is now included with every Hallett 15xs uv.
The M4-EX provides protection from brownouts, spikes and high
line voltage, and restarts automatically.

- Why is pretreatment required?
For the preservation
of the efficiency and life span of a desalination system installation,
a sufficient pre-treatment is required. A proper selection of
pre-treatment methods for feed water will improve affectivity
and extend the life span of the system by preventing or minimizing
organic fouling, scaling and membrane plugging. Options include
an automatic antiscalant feed system and automatic sand filter
to provide premium pretreatment protection.

Include NSF 55 Class A Certified UV Treatment
The SPV UV delivers
a 40 mJ/cm2 UV dose at the system's alarm set-point as per the
NSF 55 protocol. With this validation you are ensured a 4-log
(99.99%) inactivation of bacteria, virus & protozoan cysts
(Giardia & Cryptosporidium). Each system comes equipped with
an advanced electronic controller providing a universal power
input (100-250V/50-60Hz) & visual display of system performance
& lamp life. Dry contacts are provided on the controller
for the incorporation of a solenoid valve. The Flow Pace™
sensor allows the system to operate with minimal power requirements
& heat build-up during times of water stagnation.
The validated
Platinum uv series are ideal for applications that feed water
to the public and must hold proof of performance as they need
to comply with the drinking water regulations.
Assurance: SPV UV Ultraviolet Disinfection carries

The antiscalant formulation has been certified by the National
