How much does a commercial water filter cost?

A commercial water filter for well water will cost anywhere from $1,200 to $15,000+ depending on your water chemistry, flow rate, how much water used per day and plumbing size.

What is a commercial water filter?

A commercial water filter or commercial irrigation filter is primarily used to remove high iron, manganese and sediment from well water. These filters are installed at the main-line of your plumbing where pressurized water enters your building or irrigation system. Our commercial filters automatically backwash and clean themselves to provide clean clear water to every applications.  RainDance commercial water filters are the very best solution for well water iron removal.

Should I have my water tested first before I buy a commercial water filter?

Before you purchase any commercial water filter for your well we recommend that you obtain a water quality test report for your well water supply, which will help identify any issues that are essential to deal with and those you may wish to improve. If you have a water report please email us at support@raindancewatersystem.com Attn: Commercial Water Filter Needed

Do I need a commercial water filter?

Do you notice rust or iron stains on paths, walkways or sidewalks? Is your water staining the sides of your house or building? Is high iron & sediment plugging and ruining your irrigation and sprinkler systems? The Iron Max commercial water filters remove both high iron and manganese, so they may be suitable for any water well application that needs high quality water for any reason.

Basically, if you need water to be of a higher quality than your untreated well water supply, then a commercial water filter might work for you.

What size commercial water filter do I need?

Each RainDance Commercial Water Filter listed below has a maximum flow rate for optimum iron removal and filtration. The flow rate is measured in gallons/minute. The flow rate is the measure of the amount of water that can run through your plumbing, irrigation and sprinkler system. If you are using an iron filter for irrigation water or commercial business we will need to know your estimated flow rate, plumbing size and how many gallons of water you plan to use per day.  We offer high flow iron filters from 8gpm up to 100gpm+ and can accommodate plumbing sizes from 3/4" to 3"

How much iron does a commercial water filter remove?

The Iron Max Commercial Iron Filter Offers High Removal Capabilities: The Iron Max can effectively filter well water up to 12ppm of ferrous and ferric iron and up to 5ppm manganese - each Iron Max is designed to reduce the levels to below the EPA Secondary maximum limit (0.3ppm for iron and 0.05ppm for manganese). In most cases they are filtered down to trace or non-detectable levels.

The RDWS-NS Commercial Sediment Filters Sediment down to 3-5 microns - No added chemicals needed

The Nitrate Eater Commercial Nitrate Filter Removes Up To 150ppm Of Nitrates

Who Uses Commercial Water Filters?

Applications include irrigation water, agriculture, farming, poultry & livestock, carwashes, golf courses and iron filters for colleges, apartment buildings, hotels, and condos.

How Long Does A Commercial RainDance Iron Filter Last?

Do you require 24/7 continuous iron & manganese filtration?

Commercial Iron Filter Spot Light: Twin Alternating Iron Max Series:

Compare The Commercial Twin Tank Iron Max Difference: Single-tank iron filters can’t backwash and filter your iron water at the same time, so there may be times that untreated iron flows into the plumbing. Our Twin-tank systems such as the Twin Iron Max, offered by RainDance Water Systems, don’t suffer from this problem. They keep filtering high iron in your well water 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Perfect for irrigation, colleges, hotels, apartment buildings, carwashes, restaurants, large households, and high water usage applications.

The Twin Alternating Light commercial & High Flow Commercial Iron Max tanks provide an uninterrupted supply of iron free water to your home or business. The Twin Alternating Iron Max has two tanks for filtering iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide gas in your well water. Water is filtered in one tank while the other is in a standby mode. When the filtering capacity of the first tank is reached, the system automatically switches tanks. The first tank is then cleaned. This cycle is repeated when the second tank reaches its capacity point. The Twin Alternating Iron Max can treat up to 12ppm of ferrous and ferric iron, 5ppm of manganese and 3ppm of h2s. The perfect choice for high flow applications, high iron, or where continuous well water treatment is desired - In stock & ready for free delivery!

    Iron Eater Well Water Softener

Twin alternating Nitrate Removal systems are the perfect choice for on demand nitrate water treatment with no down time!

The Commercial Twin Alternating Nitrate Eater is used where there is a demand for nitrate filtration at flow rates or capacities higher than those obtainable through a single water system.

The Commercial Twin Nitrate Eater alternating twin tanks provide an uninterrupted supply of nitrate to your application source. The Twin Alternating Nitrate Eater has two tanks for nitrate removal. Nitrates are treated in one tank while the other is in a standby mode. When the capacity of the first tank is reached, the system automatically switches tanks. The first tank is then recharged. This cycle is repeated when the second tank reaches its capacity point.

The maximum contaminant level (MCL) is 10 parts per million (ppm) nitrate as nitrogen (NO3 as N). A laboratory may also choose to express nitrate as nitrate (NO3 as NO3) in the water analysis, and in this case, the EPA MCL is 44.2 ppm (10 ppm as N is equivalent to 44.2 ppm as NO3).

Selective Nitrate resin is NSF certification under NSF Standard 61 for potable water municipal installations as a process media.

Why is a commercial well water filter from RainDance Water Systems considered the BEST?

    Quality Assurance:

Our engineers have held to the goal of over build and over design. That is why we are not surprised at how long the filter media last in our systems and how few calls we get about premature system failures.

    Well Water Analytical Services:

Water Analysis - The only way to ensure that a commercial well water filter will be both optimally effective and efficient is to plan & design each system on the application and on a complete breakdown of the raw water to be treated. RainDance Water Systems will thoroughly analyze your current water analysis report before making a recommendation. Once that recommendation is made, you can have complete faith that your well water filter will work at its peak potential over a long period of time. You can choose to buy a commercial water treatment system "off the rack" and take your chances or you can let us tailor make a system based upon your specific needs. This is what sets Raindance Water Systems residential & commercial well water systems apart from all the rest. Please email your water report to: Support@RainDanceWaterSystems.com Attn: Well Water Treatment - Once our engineers have reviewed your water chemistry they will run an estimated post water quality projection to let you know the best water quality you can expect after our systems.

Technical Support (we are here when you need us)

RainDance Water Systems offers knowledgeable technical support before and after each purchase  - 7 days a week! We have also extended our Online Live Chat hours - You can now chat with a live specialist from 5am-10pm PST
